My rainy day therapy when I need to unwind. Maribel took some photos for me on Saturday before it started raining so this is what I have been playing with all morning.
Now that I finally got a new computer that works I thought I would start working on my thank you cards. I have a favorite but I don't really know which I should use.

if you are ultimately going for b/w #2, if you are keeping the green grass #1. I wanna see more belly contrast though :)

You know which one *I* picked...lol... you look SO happy in that first one... LOVE IT!!! The second is great too, I just like the first better...lol
I like the color #1. The black grass looks kinda scary. Maybe if you were wearing a more colorful outfit it would look better. I like the bright green grass and your smile in the first one.

I *love* #1 for the happy like Kellie said, I just can't see that belly, but that's okay too actually. the b/w all I can really see is your skin, so that doesn't work for me. But I guess you could lighten the "grass" more and then it would make you stand out better.

I like it, makes your skirt stand out more
personally, I prefer the color or solid b/w ones... i'm not a fan of selective color at all :( But that's totally a personal preference.

Personally, I don't like the selective black and white... you look great but the background looks like there was a fire. Of course, I guess you get kind of "mystical" and think of it as you coming out of the ashes and giving life. I think I'm trying to make a phoenix analogy but I'm just kind of rambling at this poing :bag So I'll just say that I like the green grass and I love the one where you are smiling. You look very happy and excited to be having your baby :)

the more i look at the one all in color i would have to agree with you guys that it looks really good :) I do like the selective color but i think i am going to print that just for myself. Now time to play with layout and text.

oh i love the photos jackie took and i jsut gave her my list of photos i want prints of. It was so hard choosing jsut 7 photos becuase Jackie does such an amazing job. Thank again Jackie :)
The only reason I am not using Jackie's photos for my thank you card is that i cant afford to pay $150 just to use a digital version 1 time. If i was rolling in the money i would have done it in a heart beat but I'm not so i had to come up with something else.
just to clarify, that price isn't for a one time use ;) But i understand that it's not in your price range right now. :hug

Really, if i had planned on using the digital file for more than just once (other than my thank you cards) I so would have paid the bucks :) It's just not in my budget right now. I'm bummed about it too but oh well there is nothing i can do.
