Sookie Stackhouse Series - Anyone read the shoret stories in between books?

I'm wondering if its worth going back and reading them. Has anyone read them? Better yet, has anyone read them after already reading the series?

I read the first one. Don't think I made it past the first story. Not much action or interest. She only writes the first short story and it's just not enough. :giggle I'm about to re-read a few myself. I'm still working on #10 cause I want it to last a long time.

I read/have the compliation book of short stories that she put out a few months ago. It was fine and filled a couple of holes but they aren't needed to read the series.
