Remember the Natalee Holloway unsolve case??? I am sure that some of you saw in the news that Van Der Sloot was in Peru, and right now he is the prime suspect for the murder of 21 year old Stephany Flores.
I have been following this news in Spanish and I am hoping that Joran Van Der Sloot rots in jail for the rest of his usless life. There's plenty of evidence that incriminates him. He tried to run away from Peru (bribing taxi drivers with TONS of money, who later reported him to Peruvian authorities) but just got caught in Chile after crossing the border.
A sociopath sooner or later makes a mistake and gets caught, it is just a matter of time.

I was hearing about this on the Today Show this morning. I hope they can come up with something to convict him for BOTH cases. You're right though, it was just a matter of time. It really makes me wonder if there was anything else that happened over the last 5 years at his hand that can't be pinned on him. His Lawyer in NY is a total jackass too. That guys just pissed me off to no end :shake

Yes, I saw that last night and thought how lucky he thought he was to get away with NH and now this. I hope they gather enough evidence to also get him for NH. I would think anyone who doubted he did it before now feels differently.

I just read that his lawyer was the same one that Michale Jackson had, I had no idea! I am sure that there's a big drug mafia behind him. It's just too bizarre to me. He was in Colombia before arriving to Peru, and he was spending a lot of money in casinos, etc. Everything sounds so fishy to me.
There is a lot of information that hasn't been translated into English yet, but, there are video cameras from different places, witnesses declarations, etc. His a$$ is in deep s#it and now he has to face Peruvian authorities.
The thing right now is that since he was caught in Chile, the process of extradition takes from 6 to 8 weeks:rolleyes:shake ...BUT I can tell you that he is facing at least 50 years or life sentence in Peruvian jail.

Unbelievable. I was hearing this morning how he was talking to someone about throwing her overboard. What a horrible and spoiled a-hole. His time is up for sure.

What a whiny little weasel:
Report: Van der Sloot retracts murder confession

"I was tricked," the paper quoted Van der Sloot as saying of Flores' killing. "I'll explain later how it all happened."
...uh, yeah, I'll explain later, uh, after I have some time to come up with a good story...
