I read a spoiler that said Eric was going to have a relationship this season... I guess that is the daancer but they keep showing Sookie putting the moves on him in previews. Think those are dream sequences or they are moving up the story line from book 4?

I on the Q&A thing they had a few weeks ago the interviewer asked the director about how he brought some things from book 4 into this season. He gave his standard "we're not following the books exactly" answer.

I had to avoid all TB talk until tonight because our first recording was messed up and we wanted to wait until the kids were in bed to watch it. Well worth the wait! I LOVED last night's episode!! I really like the Franklin Mott character, although it looks like one of his fangs is crooked :giggle And Alcide... holy hell, does Eric ever have some man candy competition!!!! I can not wait for his naked scenes!

Did anyone else read in the spoiler about they were having a vampire that liked to cook (Talbot) this season? So last week, I about cracked up when I realized what it was that he liked to cook... "this one ate nothing but tangerines for weeks!"

What did you think about Sam's family? And who do you think is the father of Arlene's baby? I think it's Rene... Scott thinks it's someone from when Maryanne was putting the whammy on everyone but I think it happened before all that happened.

I thought last nights episode was ok. Dustin really liked it. Alcide is pretty hot. Not what I imagined from the books.

So for the last scene, do you think he had sex with her out of rage or do you think he couldn't stop himself because she said "make love to me" and she is his master?

I was thinking Renee was the father of the baby, I don't know who else it could have been.

I don't know what kind of timeline has passed since then though, remember last season I think it was the teacup human episode where her little girl says Renee is on a vacation with Jesus and then the adults get all weird so the boy mutters to her, "See, I told you he was dead." and the girl just says, "Yup!" It made it seem to me like not a lot of time has passed since his whole thing?

If she conceived 7 weeks prior, I am guessing that is about right for Renee, because last season was only about a week or 2's time in TB land, and this season picked up right after that all happened. In that prospect, she had only been with Terry maybe 3 or 4 weeks prior.

So what did you think of last night's episode? I was cracking up at Franklin and his "speed texting". And how cute were Lafayette and Jesus? What do you think about Sookie and her hand blast or whatever you call it? Do you think they are going to develop the story line about being part fairy? I think Russel recognized whatever power Sookie possesses. And I can't wait to see what Eric is going to do about Russel killing his dad.

Oh yeah, Alcide should have the least amount of clothes as possible. Yum! Lafayette and Jesus is adorable but I would have thought he would have jumped him a lot quicker than that, he doesn't strike me as the type to play coy. The fairy blast thing annoys me, why would Russell know what it was but not Marianne? I do think they are throwing in a bunch of little twists and turns and they need to slow it down or resolve some of them because its getting a little too much....besides, it takes away from Eric.
