This is a last minute post, but is anyone going today?
The route is different this year.
This year they are riding right by Bodega Bay Lodge and Spa, where my hubby works. I'm going to go park my car in the parking lot and watch the riders ride by with my video camera.
It will be later shown on TV on channel 81 VS. at 7pm.
Traffic will be a bit screwy in Santa Rosa today and tomorrow.
I might walk to it tomorrow depending on what time they are riding through. I didn't realize it was already here!
I guess I might go today, anyone know where I can find a map of the route and what time they should be coming through? I tried pressdemo, but can't find anything...

OK, on my way with the camera in a few minutes. Hopefully I can get some good pics, Jacob is really excited! I love living downtown :)

I think I have a love/hate relationship with my camera.
I took pictures of the one guy in the lead at Bodega Bay.
And then I video taped the big group, while trying to take pictures at the same time. Little did I know, I got a pretty good video, but I only got the heads of some of the riders. :)
Oh well, it was fun to watch. Victoria didn't cry this time at the sirens. Yippie!

I watched them from my front yard (we live right off w. 3rd)... I didn't even know they were coming, was just outside playing with the kids and noticed a bunch of people just standing on the corner, and cars trying to get out onto w. 3rd just turning around and going back the way they came... very cool to see all the bikes going by, and all those motercycles...

They went right behind my work this morning, they were going pretty fast for being on bikes!

oh man i missed it. yesterday we were at the car rental place and the traffic was completely stopped on santa rosa ave and the 12. could we have been that close to all the action and missed it all?
