I just read about this in the PD a few minutes ago. How sad that this was an issue. How sad for that little girl that she has no mommy nor brother anymore. I am glad that the judge gave the order for the atty. of the baby to make the decision. I have thought all along that the next of kin (the baby) should have the say in the matter...too bad it had to happen when she was still so young. I am so sad for her.
