My friend Dan recently started an Active 20-30 Club in Healdsburg. For those of you that don't know what 20-30 is, it's a service organization that focuses on disadvantaged youth in the local community. Chime in any of you 20-30'ers here on SCM!! 20-30 Healdsburg is doing their 1st fundraiser this Friday. Dan actually did this event last year when he was a part of the AWESOME Petaluma club last year (sorry, I couldn't help it...that's my club!). He knows how to put on a classy event and is even offering bus tranportation from Santa Rosa (sure to be a blast!). Here's the details in case anyone is interested....
Bottle Shots is an annual charity event that coincides with harvest in the wine country and supports the Active 20-30 Club of Healdsburg. This year Bottle Shots will be hosted by Trentadue Winery where guests will participate in harvest-related activities, sample from over 25 local producers of wine, food and beer…and enjoy live music into the night.
Our goal for the event is to raise $10,000 for the Active 20-30 Healdsburg Children's Charitable Fund, supporting underprivileged youth in the local community.
20 Wineries - 8 Restaurants - 5 Breweries - 4 Bands - 1 Cause...
Cost: $35 in advance; $40 at the door
