Honkey Donkey Farms

Hey everyone...

So if your kids, or you, like to visit places with animals....and where you can feed them...

The Honkey Donkey Farms (and Bird Exchange) located just past Willowside School on Hall Road is open from noon to 5 everyday except for holidays.

They have mini donkeys and a few emus outside that you can bring your own bread and feed to them. They ask that it is bread that doesn't have too many non natural things in it though.

Inside the store is where all the birds are too. They have tons of LOUD parrots and other birds. It is really neat.

I took Maverick on Saturday, he LOVED it!

It is super easy to get to. off 101 at the downtown/3rd street exit and go West. 3rd turns into Hall road. Go about 2.5 miles once on Hall rd.(past the first stop sign, then past the school, then past the 2nd stop sign) and it's on the right Hand side.... I think it's the 3rd or so driveway after the 2nd stop sign. They are open daily from noon until 5...except for holidays.

Its cool! I live just down the street from it now. We'll probably go a few times a week. Let me know and we'll join ya if we aren't busy.
