Baby Boot Camp

Some of you had shown some interest in possibly doing a baby boot camp together. I just received an email from that gal that runs the Baby Boot Camp in West Santa Rosa. I would like to know what exactly the camp includes...is it just basic exercises? I will find out and let you know, as well as how much it costs. But see the email in Red below:

Thank you for your interest in Baby Boot Camp. Baby Boot Camp is a great way to get back in shape, connect with other moms and benefit from being outdoors!

We are currently putting together our schedule for the West Santa Rosa area and would love your feedback. Please let us know what days and times you would like to see classes. We will work hard to make classes available that can work with most moms schedules. In the meantime, be sure to have your friends send in their requests as well. As soon as the schedule is set, you will be one of the first to know!

lol, i think the secret has been "out of the bag" for a week or so now, but i could be wrong.
She sent that email to anyone who signed up, so i'm sure she assumed they'd put 2 and 2 together:)

Aw, thanks! I am jealous of all of the newborn pics I have seen lately (I knew 4 people due in the past month!). It makes me want another one, just for a minute or two :)

So y'all beat me to it! :lol I have been so slammed with getting things together that I haven't been able to log on for a while!

But yes... I am the proud owner of a new Baby Boot Camp Franchise for West Santa Rosa, Windsor & Sebastopol!

Classes will be starting in April in W SR (at Finley Park). I am hoping to be able to open a Windsor location shortly after that.

To answer your question Julia about what a class "involves": cardio (walking/running), cardio drills, resistance band exercises for strength training and lots of exercises for your core (aka: tummy muscles! :) )
