Okay, starting a new thread so no one gets lost in the side conversations.
We are walking again next Wednesday, March 21st. THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING! @ 9am @ Howarth Park (I think a few of us are going to make it a regular thing too if anyone else is interested).
If you don't know where it is you can PM me too.

I am going to try and make it. Its a little early for me but I will try and drag my butt out of bed a little earlier. I need to get more regular with my workouts, I have been slackin' lately.

I'm at a maybe right now... it totally depends on how I'm feeling tonight and in the morning, though I may just play it safe and rest a bit more... SO, if I'm not there by 9, don't wait for me ;)

I really need a walk, and I should of gone with you guys.
But we had a rough night last night.
Victoria is still sleeping. She didn't go to sleep until 11pm.

Anyone else sore?
Im not too bad but I can feel it a little in my legs.
Im so out of shape.
I won't be there next week. I forgot we are going on a day trip that day. Maybe the week after.
i was felling it in my legs a little yesterday but not so much today. It felt good to get out and move beyond what i normally do. I think we may start wakling during the day around our neighborhood.

I will be there next week unless you hear otherwise ....I think the new computer will be together by then.....this one is really hit or miss....geeze....most days it wont let me even load it up...others it won't let me type...and others it wont let me view everything on a given page....oh well...I've been out side because of it more....see you next Wed.
