i have gotten my second migraine in a week and its killing me. i don't know if t can be related to the onset of spring or possible hormone related. I have only gotten migraines after my babies were born which were triggered by severe lack of sleep but these past 3 days i have been sleeping well. as a matter of fact i went to bed early last night and woke up late but today i got a bad headache that started at starbucks. i slept for hours today until it finally died off but i still have the pressure.
