I know that some of us had signed up for the Discover Fitness Challenge and that others have mentioned in the past that they wanted to lose weight, so I thought I'd see how we were all doing...
I started going to Weight Watchers on January 13 and as of this past Saturday I have lost 19.4 pounds. I'm beginning week #3 of going to the gym. For the past 2 weeks I've gone 4 times a week and have walked between 30 and 45 minutes on the treadmill.
My mom asked me last night how much I had left until I reach my goal. At this point I have 90 - 115 pounds left to go.
I started my weight loss journey in June of 2003. This is my *before* picture. I weighed 284 pounds.
