Okay, I'm going to go ahead and get this setup since I've found a spot and I want to go before the flowers all die off.

There is a area at Springlake that is very pretty, easily accessable, and that's what we are going to use.
There are some beautiful purple flowers as well as a small grassy "field-like" area to the left.

Here are a few examples of the location

I'm planning this for APRIL 28th, 2007 because I have the date available and that way the flowers should still be in full bloom. IF they aren't, there are lots of other areas around there that we can use, though.

I'm going to set it up to take 2 sections of appointments. One will be in the AM (8:30-9:30am) and one will be in the PM (6:00-7:30pm).

Here is some additional info copied from another thread on this (you can do either the vintagy type clothes, or the fairy stuff if you want, but YOU have to provide the outfit)

Please bear in mind that if we do this, there will be a session fee and print committment like I normally have, but since it won't be a full 2 hour session per kid, it won't be my full normal session fee and committment.

You'd basically get like 10 proofs with your kids in them (maybe more, depends on how the kids are the whole time) to choose from.
My print prices can be seen on my website if you want to check them out
www.reitzphotography.com (http://www.reitzphotography.com/)
If you haven't seen my work, you can also check out my blog at www.reitzphotography.typepad.com (http://www.reitzphotography.typepad.com/)

If you have questions or anything, feel free to ask me either here or PM me.

as of right now I'm looking at a $95 package. It would be the $35 session fee and $60 prints (that would cover your print committment and you could choose to order more prints than that or not)

eta; that package would be for 1 kid. If someone wanted 2 or more kids to participate, i would adjust it further on the session fee)
So it would be $95.00 to book your timeslot (for 1 child. contact me to get a price for more than 1 kid). Then that covers you for the session and your prints. After the session, you just contact me to tell me what prints you want and what sizes and you're all done. It takes 2-3 weeks to receive the prints. Each timeslot will be roughly 15-20 minutes based on the child and how active they are. Also, I'll include 1 websized image for use as an avatar, on a family website, etc. (it'll have very small font below it with my web address)

Since each session will be roughly 20 minutes on average, I have room for 3 kids (or sibling sets) in the AM and 4 in the PM. If you would like to book, you'll want to do so quickly.

You can do so through my old ordering system
http://www.reitzphotography.com/ordering/OnlineViewing/
Select "Pay a Session Fee" and enter "session" as the password
Under Packages, you'll see SCM MINISESSIONS... just select the one that applies to you (according to how many children you will have there).
Additional prints may be purchased later, but are not required.
Select that and add to cart. You can pay by Debit card, Credit Card or paypal account.

Please be sure that in the NOTES section of your payment, you specify whether you'd like AM or PM. I'll them contact you to choose your timeslot.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT NOONE IS LATE TO KEEP THIS MOVING SMOOTHLY.
