We so should have done this when we redid our front yard a couple of years ago! The guy doing the job cemented the pavers to the existing walkways and then grouted them and stupid RP with its moving dirt now it is all cracked!
That's one of the greatest benefits of pavers over cement. It doesn't crack and moves with your earth. Plus, if they do sink or one gets stained (from engine oil, etc), they are really easy to pull up and replace just a few.
Scared of what your yard will look like this summer with the drought?
Want a more eco friendly and good looking outdoor space?
Tired of endless mowing and watering?
Then synthetic turf is right for you!!
SP Turf is a great alternative to a traditional lawn, and looks and feels as good as real grass without the costly upkeep. SP Turf is perfect for families and pet owners because of the look, feel and low maintenance. It does not absorb animal waste or other external elements so it always looks and feels like a perfect lawn. Our lawns offer the best state-of-the-art features in synthetic turf, including:
* Advanced UV coating to prevent fading and discoloration backed by an 8-year warranty.
* Turf is made from the highest quality yarns, which surpass California, ASTM and IPEMA requirements for use by children, animals and the environment.
* Specially designed drainage holes to ensure water sheds quickly and efficiently and does not pool on the surface of the turf.
* A pile made from both a polyethylene monofilament and a nylon thatch that gives the lawn extra strength and durability.
* An environmentally-safe infill that is anti-microbial to resist bacterial growth and is toxin-free.

OMG! I *just* saw an ad for this kind of turf this morning and totally wanted to get an estimate! Not that we own our home or anything... can it be removed as easy as it's installed? We just have a giant rectangle yard.
