Hey Jackie is there any way to make it so it doesn't log us out so fast? I think it is at like 15 min now? Can we make it stay on longer? Sometimes I get busy or whatever but then it logs me out and allllll the 100s of 'new' messages don't show up any more even tho I didn't have a chance to read through them. LOL I would love it if there was a way to stay logged in longer....??
I can look into it, but i'm not 100% sure there is a way to do that. Let me look around and I'll post here when I know a little more. :)

Can't you just check the little "keep me logged in" box when you log on? RIght where you sign in.
do you have that box checked, karen?

OK I logged out and was going to re-login but there is no 'keep me signed in' box there is only a 'remember me' box which by the way doesn't ever remember me. LOL So now what. Where exactly is there a keep me signed in box? And is there a trick to getting the remember me box to work? I always have to type in my login/password.
the remember me box will not work if you have your internet security (such as norton, etc) to not allow it. Let me log out and check for the "keep me logged in" box
okay, i found a setting i can change to adjust how long it takes to timeout, however if we adjust to to say, 30 minutes before you time out, it'll also keep all users on the "who's online" list for 30 minutes after they logout.
I need to look into any negative effects that could have on stats, etc, prior to changing it.

Well for now it is keeping me logged in so I am happy!! I don't know if it is showing me as online all the time but last night about 9pm maybe 10 I shut down and then this morning at 9 I logged on again and it had me logged in and showed me all the new posts so it worked, well something did! I am happy. LOL!
