I am looking for feedback on different types of jogging strollers. I need a one seater that will be used regularly. I run primarily at Howarth Park and Spring Lake.

I've noticed that some front wheels turn while others do not...but I'm not sure why! I obviously need some tips. Are there any ladies out there who love their jog stroller? If so, I'd love to hear why.

Thanks in advance,
Valerie

you want the turning front wheel!! If not you have to lift the stroller up to really steer it. I have the double instep (that I love and use as my "regular" stroller) with turn technology. they have a single version as well. I reccomend trying them out at say REI or baby depot and then you can price compare online.

The Bob Revolution is one of the best jogging strollers there is and it HAPPENS to be on sale at costco right now :)

IMG those colors are super cute. Now i want one. How much do these run? I checked out the lists of places to buy and they are sold at the shop just up the street from my moms and her favorite store. I might just have to pick me up one when I'm visiting mom this July ;)

just so you know, this is the info that anna gave me when i was shopping:

1.) get a turning wheel
2.) Make sure the wheels are over 12 inches
3.) Be sure it's an actual jogger... some brands have jogging STYLE strollers but with no shocks and they won't do you any good :(

I agree! Front turning wheel is KEY!

I also like the Bob.....two moms I walk with have it and it is REALLY NICE! We don't have it, but we have the Jeep stroller....its nice too...got it as a gift so I don't really know the price.
