I voted for Safeway and other since I do most of my shopping at Trader Joes, and supplement with Safeway throughout the week if (when) I forget something.

My main grocery shopping places are Safeway, Food Maxx and Costco and Grocery Outlet. Occasionally if something is on sale for good price I'll hit Albertsons in Petaluma(when I'm in town getting the kids to/from school).

Yes.
They also have a deli, smoothies, bagels, mexican food - love their burritos!

I shop everywhere. I didn't click other, but I also shop at Trader Joe's and Costco.

I do the bulk of my shopping at Safeway, but I supplement with TJ's and Costco. I go on the first of the month to Costco for meat and snacks. I do shop at the other stores listed, but those are usually just to pick up something up quickly or if I can't find what I'm looking for at my usual stops.

I go to Trader Joes for 90% of the things I need. Every once and a while we make a stop at Safeway or Costco - but not very often. I hate the way trader Joes does their produce, so we do the Laguna Farm CSA and love that!:thumb

we go to safeway and albertsons (not very often, though) and we also go to costco, foodmaxx and grocery outlet... right now we are on a cheap food budget... once we get some things paid off and have a better budget (meaning more $$ really...lol) I would love to eat healthier than we do.. It so sucks that the cheap food is, more often than not, the food that is so bad for you

Since I'm in RP every day with Caden and I have time to kill while he is in school, I go to a variety of places. I can not wait for the new Oliver's and Whole Fodds to open though, since they will both be relatively close to us.

G & G sometimes, and a bulk of my groceries comes from Trader Joes because I love and I feel they are good price for what you get. I can't wait for the new Olivers to open up, I have never been there but looking forward to it anyways.

I shop mostly at Whole foods and trader Joes, but sometimes Safeway I also frequent the grocery outlet for things like snacks, drinks and boxed items like mac n cheese because they have many of the same brands whole foods does and 1/3 of the cost...with as much food as my son eats I have to stretch the money somehow...

I shop at safeway. I'd like to shop at Olivers, Whole Foods, & Trader Joes but I don't like the idea of making a trip to Santa Rosa just to shop. And none of them are at convenient spots either. I think once the new Whole Foods goes in I'll be able to get down there more.

But I do like the Windsor Safeway. I like that I've been shopping there since the night it opened more than 10 years ago. I'm on a first name basis with a bunch of the checkers. They know me and my husband, my siblings, & my parents.

we shop at safeway, and i get lunch stuff at TJ;s i like their selsction. i rarely go to foodmaxx unless neil is with me...i dont like it an their produce is over ripe to me.

That is how it is for my family at the Raley's in Rohnert Park. I don't know when Raley's opened, but my Mom has been shopping there since they opened or since they moved to RP in 1978.

You know, I was thinking about it the other day when I noticed a girl who used to be a bagger was now in some manager type position but I have been shopping at the RP Safeway for probably 12 years now and the turnover is so that I can only think of a couple people who were there when I first started going. There was a checker there for years that Salina *loved* who actually spent her entire break once listening to Salina tell her about her birthday party :) We had to stand in her line no matter how many people were in it but she ended up having a baby and last I heard was a WAHM doing daycare.

How does he like it? I saw they are/were hiring for foodies. That seems like it would be fun and I am all over a TJ discount!! I know Lorah worked there too at some point, so what's it like from an employee standpoint?
