Problems with SCM?

Anyone else have problems with this site Wednesday? I was able to open it in the morning but not later. I kept getting a message that I was "forbidden" from accessing the site/server. This went on all afternoon and eve.

the servers were down all day so you were not the only one. I got a IM from sarah this morning and have been trying to tell everyone today.
