Back in my "younger" days... remember those... before marraiage and kids :) I think I used St. Patrick's Day as any other college student did. Dude, I hate to tell you,but that is celebrating! I make Corned beef and potatoes and drink green champagne. I used to drink a lot of scotch to celebrate but with Amelia and all I had to tone it down. How is it "corned" then? and how much does it cost if you know....we use to LOVE to have corned beef and cabbage! It's more expensive and I'm not sure how much but it's worth it. I do it in the crock pot like I normally do. It's not as red due to not having the perservatives. I will check the next time I'm there. I do a regular one for the rest of the family and one little one for me.
