Only ACTIVE Senior Members (Active= You post on SCM for purposes other than promoting your business and continue to participate in the parenting community aspect of SCM).) are permitted to post in this area.
Each business is permitted ONE THREAD and ONE THREAD ONLY. The subject of your thread must be your business name.
If you post multiple threads regarding the same business, they will be deleted and a warning will be given. If you continue to post multiple threads regarding your business they will be deleted and an infraction will be given. If it happens a third time, your HBA access will be revoked.
Consider your HBA post to be like a blog about your business. We ask that you do not go back and continually edit the original post, but instead post new and relevant information at the bottom of your thread. This allows your thread to be bumped into the "New Posts" list which ensures that more of our members will see/read it. You are welcome to update your thread by posting a reply to your thread with new information, specials, etc.
Please DO NOT PM or email a Mod or Admin asking them to edit or delete posts from your HBA thread. Your Thread is your responsibility and we will not do any pruning for members to their threads. If you are posting information that you do not want to have up long-term, then be sure to form your post in a way that you can easily go in and edit the unnecessary information out at a later date. Any requests for edits to your HBA thread will be declined unless they are for the following reasons:
-Update Business Name/Thread Title
-Delete Entire Business Thread.
Please remember that we offer the HBA section of our site as a "perk" for our members who own businesses. If at any time members feel that your participation on the board has dwindled to simply advertising your business, we reserve the right to suspend HBA privileges. We enjoy supporting businesses run by our members, and hope to continue this free form of advertising in the future but that is only possible as long as our business owners continue to observe and abide by the guidelines given.
