We offer HVAC and Hydronic service, installation and maintenance for both residential and light commercial customers in Sonoma and Marin County. We've been in business for just over 2 years and in the industry for 10 years.
We are dealers for Trane equipment, but we offer service on all makes and models (forced air only, no wall furnaces or floor furnaces). Our hourly service rate is $85, but equipment estimates are always free.
For SCM members we are offering $25 off your first service call and $150 off equipment installation. I will also extend this offer to any customers that are referred by SCM members (they just need to let me know who referred them).
From 8/31-10/31Trane is also offering rebates on equipment installation. The amount of the rebate depends on the equipment purchased, but it can range anywhere from $75-$1200. They generally do rebates in the Fall and Spring, but if you're in the market, it could be a good time to at least get an estimate!
We are also set up with American General Finance to offer interest free financing, and until 10/31 they have teamed up with Trane to offer 6 months interest free at no extra charge (AGF generally charges a percentage from 6-12 mos) but 3 months interest free is always available at no extra charge.
