We got Alessa's new rainboots (same that we had last year, just 2 sizes bigger!).. There are so many cute styles to choose from. At Baby Wearhouse in Petaluma.. boots were $19.95... She also picked out a cow raincoat (didn't care about not matching!!)..

Cute! Colin was wearing his hand-me-down frog ones like that today because we can't find his shoes. Good thing it is raining because I'm sure it looked appropriate! Now if I can only find his shoes....

Oh wow those are cute! I have never broken down and bought rain boots or coats because we aren't often running around in the rain, just a mad dash to the car or a building or something so I couldn't justify the cost but now I dunno, they are pretty darn cute........ :D

I always wanted to get those for Myah. I almost did last year but didn't want to spend the money. I might have to make a trip to the wearhouse.

Well.. now that she's in a nursery school... it may be something she'll love to wear! Last year Alessa would try to smuggle wearing them to school.. especially if she saw puddles out on the sidewalk!

For $20.. they were worth the buy (IMO, of course).. She got a lot of attention at the Petaluma Grand Opening of the Theater Square today.. that and she was dancing to the jazz band that was playing...

Those are great boots. So does the Warehouse have all of the collections? The website has some great designs, but they are more expensive. Maybe I should just make a shopping day one weekend and hit the outlets as well.

I've never bought boots or a jacket for the same reasons Lynette mentioned. This year may be a good one to start. I think we will have a wet fall/winter.

I'd call for size/style before going.. They actually didn't have the ladybug raincoat (was that or an umbrella.. and I just didn't want her to have something to poke my eye out with or someone else for that matter).. She actually chose the cow jacket (which I didn't take a picture because she protested... but it's cute)..

They had the ladybugs, butterflies, bees, frogs, and fire/flames. They are a few dollars cheaper than the website..

IF you call them, I'm sure they will order you a pair...
