Ghost Sightings (http://www.ghostsofamerica.com/9/California_Rohnert_Park_ghost_sightings.html)

While I was looking for the hours of operation of the dollar tree in RP, I came across this site. And since it's October for Halloween, thought some of you might get a kick out of this site. :ghost :ghost :ghost :ghost :ghost :ghost :ghost :ghost

That kind of creeps me out. Glad we live in Sebastopol, but I'm sure there's a site for here, too. I'm a sucker for ghost stories...they always give me the heebies.

"The ghost of a coal miner was observed in a Rohnert Park high school late at night walking the hallways. The appearance of the eye witness frightened the ghost who then disappeared"

Ummmm What Hallways???? In the Math Science Building? most classrooms are outside access rooms. Hmmm makes me wonder....hehehehe

You should watch Ghost hunters or something like that. It's on channel 160 for us. I think it's the sci-fi channel, I'm not sure.
Last night they did the Winchester mystery house, and Lullaby Lane San Bruno.
Lullaby Lane is haunted. Dan doesn't want to go there again! Ha ha ha! I'll still go, they have such cute baby stuff!

I love checking out haunted places though they freak me out. My DH said he wanted to spent the night at the Queen Mary but walk around the ship at 3am. No Way! Its bad enough I can feel the ghosts there during regular hours, I would hate to be around them when they walk the ship LOL. i still want to stay there one day though.

Back home there were a couple places i would shop that i had a feeling were haunted but never really knew for sure until I visited the website I posted above and found out others thought the same.

Ghost hunting can be fun especially when you go with friends.

My grandma is really sensitive to that kind of thing. We all expected to hear stories of what she heard/saw/felt on the Queen Mary... but there was nothing. And she stayed 4 nights. Maybe all the spirits were scared away by the night club that now goes until 4am right above the passenger cabins...gurrr....

Although... one time when I was in one of the elevators with Jackson, I heard a quiet but very definate scream. Thing is though, it sounded exactly like the kind of scream that would be on a horror movie soundtrack, or a haunted halloween cd. I like to think that they are either trying to boost their rep as a haunted location, or they were testing the sound system for the Halloween Parties that they have all month long. I didn't get any creepy vibes from it, I just instantly thought it was fake. (please don't think I'm crazy...:bag)

Your not crazy Stacy. 4 years ago when we went to the queen mary for the first time we went all out and took every tour they offered. I have to admit the Halloween thing they do is a bit over the top but the pool was way freaky. That is not one place i want to be alone. We never did find the infirmary but did look for it. While in one of the museums though we did find a very black narrow hallway that i was dieing to walk down but didn't have a flash light. That place is alive but only in some parts IMO.

Ugh, my dad and I found the infirmary/isolation ward. It was kind of creepy. While we were in there I started getting vertigo. I think the shape of the walls had something to do with that. It's way at the stern of the ship so the walls are really slanted. It's getting better now, but I still have it. I must have picked up some bug on the flight down there.

very cool site.. but uhhh maybe i'm dumb, but here's my question

A man with no head was observed starring at a person sleeping in a bed in a house in Rohnert Park. Other people nearby have had similar experiences involving the same ghost.

How can someone with no head, therefore no face or eyes, stare at someone? :giggle

I gotta say, I think a lot of these are just hyperactive imaginations... The woman with the worms crawling out of her eyes? Come on.
Dont' get me wrong, I totally believe in spirits and all that, but I think there is more of a purpose to "ghosts" (I prefer the term spirits just due to the connotation) than to just spook someone by showing up in their bathroom mirror. I've never seen a spirit that wasn't either a family member or someone who was helping a family member in a time of need.

Did you also notice that is was voted one of the worst websites?
I went to the Dollar Tree yesterday and instead of meeting a ghost, I saw one of my uncle's. ha ha ha!
