Egg Fu Yong and veggie fried rice. We used to go to the Canton in Petaluma but they changed the way they cook the Egg Fu Yong. We have yet to find a place that makes it as good as they used to :(

We tried that place a few months ago and didn't like it. Dustin went back for lunch after that and said it was better but still not as good.

Have you tried the one next to La Familia? Dustin's parents used to order from there all the time but I have never tried it.

I haven't heard of La Familia.. but I have to say Canton is better.. my husband seems to like Lily Kai.. My all time favorite is a place in Orinda.. that we used to go to when we lived in the Oakland Hills.. They treated us like royalty there... and had amazing chinese food...

La Familia is the little Italian deli on the corner by Petaluma Market. That place is really good too! Overpriced for dinner but lunch they have great homemade pastas and sandwiches! :hungry

Chow fun....

and if I'm in SF, dim sum (but no chicken feet, I'm not THAT adventurous!) Dim Sum isn't jus one dish, but I love the whole pick- what -you -want -by- looking- at- it aspect.

Off topic, I always get embarrased when I'm in a chinese restaurant and they talk to me in Chinese and I have to tell them I don't speak Chinese:( although I am part Chinese:tongue

Mmmm... egg rolls, BBQ Pork Fried Rice, & Heavenly Chicken.

I'm with Lorah on the love of Japaneese food too. My favorite is to order the Caterpiller Roll, Miso Soup, and Sunomono. And Scott doesn't like Miso soup so I always get his too!

Not really sure.... Let's see what the menu says...
"Chicken breaded and deep fried with gound garlic and green onion in chef's special sauce"

I've only seen it at one place - Soo Yuan in Windsor. Unfortunately it got shut down for a vermin infestation and then went out of business....:yikes
