Very cute. I'm just starting to make one tomorrow. Hopefully, I will get it finished in time. It will be similar to yours, the basic style anyway.

That's really cute! But I must be slow...I thought advent calendars were those ones with the candy behind the door on each day?
they are. This one is pockets and you can put candy or gifts in it ;)

Clever girl, you are. How did you do it? A kit or "from scratch"?

jackie: I would like to place an order for one of those for kail....LOL
Tracee: It's based off th eone that PBK sells for like $70, and I just made my own pattern for it, and the rest was just "winging it" ;) All the nr's are with fabric paint. The "shapes" are iron on/ornaments/felt shapes from the fabric store. Then I bought felt for the back, ribbon, and the letters, and quarter flats for the squares.

what will you stuff it with?...great job, it turned out cute
probably little dollar-spot type toys. Cars, planes, maybe some candy, etc

It looks awesome, Jackie! I'm making one for us, too, but a different style... at least, I'm hoping to if I can squeeze in the time... LOL... but yours looks great!

It looks great!
Be cautious with inexpensive toys made in China.

Cool! Well, I'm not the crafty type, so like Colleen said, I'd like to place my order for one. :giggle Oh, and do you think you can have it mailed to me in the next week or so??? ;)
:biglaugh Sure, it'll cost ya $100 and it's going to look remarkably like the one that PBK sells :giggle
