Can't empty inbox

Hi-love this website!
2 questions- I need to talk to a fellow member and get certified in order to post a picture, right? I want to show off my cutie!
Also-I'm having trouble emptying my inbox so I can receive a new message. I clicked on empty folder and it asks if I'm sure..but it still says 100% full. I think Maritza tried to send me a message but it got "bounced". What can I do?

Not sure about the in box, but if you want an Avatar, all you have to do is become a senior member by purchasing a senior membership. Just go to User CP, scroll down to the bottom where it says group memberships and sign up there.

Sorry, go to Paid Subscriptions, that is where you get to buy the Senior Membership...

hey jennifer! Are you click on the "empty folder" link above the bar that shows how full it is?
Anotehr option is to click the check box above the first message on your inbox, and it'll mark ALL the messages, then scroll way down to the delete button.
let me know if neither of those work for ya.

select all the messages you want to get ride of then select the empty folder.
