still can not get access

I have followed the directions in my email including entering my access code. Still I keep getting the unauthorized message. Can you please help me?

We need a little more information:
what are you trying to do that is giving you an error/giving you an unauthorized message? Which forum are you trying to view/post in when you get that message?
Have you posted your introduction yet?
Have you read our New User Handbook yet?
