a friend of mine bought this elephant for her daughter

the other day they were driving down the road when her almost 1 year old starting choking. My friend swpt her mouth to find nothing. She noticed a small piece of the cellophan from the bottom of the elephant had come off and it was lodged in her daughters throat.
This product has not been recalled but it SHOULD be. don't buy it for your kids!
