My Gym offers fun filled, age appropriate classes for children 3 months - 9 years. Our extraordinary program and facility help children develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Our structured, age-appropriate weekly classes incorporate music, dance, relays, games, special rides, gymnastics, sports and other original activities. My Gym kids have so much fun as they gain strength, balance, coordination, fine and gross motor proficiency, agility, flexibility and social skills. The most important benefit we offer, however, is the building of confidence and self-esteem.

In addition to our award-winning classes, we have fantastic birthday parties. We make the birthday child the Star of the Party. Our energetic staff will lead fun games and activities plus do all of the setup and cleanup. Parents relax while the children have a blast in the Clean & Safe gym.

We offer a fun My Gym "Tiny Tykes" class for babies 3-13 months (non-walkers). The class meets Thursday 9:30-10:15. If you have a little one this age please come on in to try out the class. We always offer a free trial class and there isn't any obligation to enroll. Just a chance to play with your baby at one of our fantastic structured classes.

Tiny Tykes
Discover your baby’s natural abilities through warm-ups, songs, dances and movements that strengthen your child both mentally and physically. Share the excitement as your infant crawls, climbs, hangs and tumbles for the first time.

**Enrolled members** Please note that My Gym will not be running classes on Saturday 3/22 and Monday 3/24

EASTER PLAYDAY
Monday 3/24 9:30 – 12:30 All Ages
Fun playtime and Easter craft project.
No reservations needed. Parent supervision required. Parents need socks.
Cost = Free for children currently enrolled in classes.
$5 = All other children (1 year and older), including siblings not enrolled in classes, inactive members, guests.

Dr. Swain will be available to speak to parents at the Spring Open House from 3:00-5:00.
Dr. Deborah Swain is the founder, owner, and director of The Swain Center (http://theswaincenter.com/), a clinic for speech, language, learning disorders, and research therapy services to children and adults, and has been in private practice for 21 years. She is the former Chief of Speech Pathology at the University of California, Davis Medical Center and held a clinical staff faculty appointment to the school of medicine at the university. She is the past President of the California Association of Speech Pathologists and Audiologists in Private Practice (CALSPAPP).

May is better hearing and speech month. The Swain Center is happy to offer two free screenings on May 10 and May 31. For more information on the free screenings, please contact the Swain Center directly or visit the My Gym open house to speak to Dr. Swain or her staff.

A Special Place is YWCA’s therapeutic preschool for children
effected by domestic abuse, in foster care, or otherwise "at risk".
