The girls and I were making a store run tonight and were going to drive by Cielo Court since it is nearby and there was crazy traffic so I told Salina there must have been an article in the paper and lo and behold:

Hehehe did you see Deck The Halls? It came out last year I think. This story reminds me of that movie. :) But without the craziness I guess. :)

Yeah he was saying the other night that the Dalmations are the new thing this year. He used to have a merle (grey with black spots) Great Dane named Cleo years ago when we first started going who died of old age and you can see her in a few of the decorations like the merry go round. I think the coolest stuff is the snowman and dragon because he just freehand draws all that stuff and they are 2 stories tall.
People in general really seem to be decorating this year?? We drove around M section and there was some cool houses!

I agree that a lot of people are decorating this year. We drove around Windsor the other night and it seemed like almost every house had some kind of decoration.

I see a ton of lights off Synder when I drive to work. I take Synder to the Petaluma Hill.

We went by this house today and it was INCREDIBLE! Totally worth the drive to RP. The owner was outside hangin out candy canes! He had a sleigh all set up for pictures of the kids. A tour bus even stopped by while we were there! I say again, it was FABULOUS! There were a ton of bubble blowers and Sequoia loved that the best- she kept pointing up at all the bubbles. I highly recommend visiting! Also, you can go to http://www.kfc.com to vote for this house and I think he will get his electric bill paid for (he also had a donation box out front- lol!)

I'm just laughing that you vote on the "KFC" website.. I'm thinking that we should take our students by there to see... especially if you think it's worth the trip!

No, it is off Camino Colegio, take the last left before East Cotati if heading south (or first right if heading north from E. Cotati) and then a left at the stop sign, you can't miss it.
I would also go back to East Cotati and make a right on Snyder which I think turns into something else and it is either the 3rd or 4th street on the right is that house Monica posted about earlier :) A lot of the houses in M go nuts but this one has a sign out front for you to tune into a radio station.

I got this e-mail from one of my friends:
You should take your kids and see this house in Windsor before Christmas. You tune your radio to 88.1 and the lights flash in sync with the music. Its pretty impressive, even for the "big kids".....
Heres a glimpse on youtube

Does it say where in Windsor, Michelle? There's one right behind us that lights up his neighborhood AND ours but I don't think it's the same one. The guy behind us has a lighted helicopter on the roof.
I also heard about another one in Windsor that they turn into a live "gingerbread" house. Don't know where that is either but we plan on finding out!
