New *BIGGER* Avatars (and more)

Now, all our Senior Members are able to upload bigger Avatars! The new size limits are 200x200 pixels! You can even upload animated avatars! Same goes for Profile Pictures (bigger size and animated)

Also, I'd uploaded some new smilies... Go check them out!
