Has anyone had success with this program? I'm not sure if it's worth it.

its a beach body program so i would say yeah go for it. I love everything put out by Beach Body. Its a long program though so expect to put aside about an hour or more each day working out. If you don't have that kind of time and don't mind it taking a little longer I would highly recommend Power 90 which is also by Beach body.

I had it at one point...but there were just too many lunges for my...I have week shins so all that stress on my shins from the countless lunges were why I got rid of it...I defenitely prefer power 90, it has more of a variety of moves, yet you still get the 90 day results...

Thanks for the info ladies....I can get the slim in 6 for less $ through a friend so that's why in interested in that particular title....I certainly don't want to spend all of my time doing lunges though.....basically I wan't to be hit with a skinny stick BUT I don't think that's gonna happen.

So, until then I think I'll check it out. Not too sure about the supplements. Does anyone know if they are any different than taking a multivitamin?

I've heard good things about it, and would love to try it out, but for now just am lovin gmy Power 90 ;) If you get it let us know how you like it :D
