Kate Mom to Patty and Tyler Sara 01-08-2007, 10:59 PM Jacob is hard to calculate because he could go to Kindergarten in 2008 or I could hold off a year and send him in 2009 (he makes the cut-off by 10 days, but since boys are less mature than girls, he may benefit from waiting). All depends on how he is next year and if I think he is mature enough to go yet. Sarah- do you know if the cut off is the same with every district? I think it was 5yo by December 1st when Salina was little, is it still the same? Our preschool goes by Dec. 4th and I think they go by the City Schools standards. He is Nov 20th, so he makes it barely! lmfike 01-09-2007, 10:49 AM I believe the CA cutoff is Dec 2. I know if I could go back and do over with my oldest I would. Her birthday is Nov 15 and she started k at 4 1/2. I just read someplace that by 2025 the cost of a CSU will be $90K. I think he will be paying for his own college just like his mommy and daddy did.
