I started my couch 2 5K running program today :D It is great because it is a gradual program to get you ready to run 3 straight miles. Back in the day I would be able to do that with no problem, but those days are long gone! I think I did OK today. It starts with a warm up walk, then alternating jogging with brisk walking every minute. I plan on doing it 3x a week, but who knows with all this rain if I can get out that often. At least it is supposed to be clear all week. I hope to be ready for the Human Race in May if anyone wants to join me.

I can't run anymore because of bad knees. BUT I'll be with you in spirit. I'll probably walk it. :)

That's awesome Sara! how did it go with the new stroller? you've already got over the biggest hurdle...getting started. Good job :)

Oh Man, that first step is the hardest! Congratulations!
I have to say the best part was my 'little coach'. When I walked Mia would yell 'faster faster' and when I ran she yelled 'go go go!'. It was too cute and very motivating :D
