I normally like to praise about good companies, but here I am very unhappy with Carpet Center in Windsor. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are great until their is a problem. Good luck getting a phone call back from them. We have had our kitchen floor installed 2 times, and yes it's still not right.:mad
The sad part is that I just read a review and the person had the same problem as we are having. Great! This is going to be fun...:nono

I am sorry about that:hug
We just had our carpet and kitchen floor installed 3 days ago by Conklin Bros. in Santa Rosa. They did a great job and were very nice!
3 words...Better Business Bureau. I think the company has to belong to it though, but when I had problems with my TV and had a heck of a time with the manufacturer, the BBB came to my rescue and I'm so happy I contacted them. Just go to their web site and you can search from there what companies are affected by it.

That was my next step...But just my luck :smash "This organization is not a BBB Accredited business." I want to close my eyes and just have it fixed.

Did you pay with a credit card? You may have some recourse that way. It's worth calling the cc company.
Have you started a paper trail? Letters aren't as easy to ignore like phone messages.

I think the BBB will still help you. You should call and see. It would be worth it.

I don't remember the specific problem, but my mom was just telling me that she really didn't like working with them either.
if they keep ignoring, send certified letters, threaten to contact the BBB, and go onto yahoo local and search for them, then write a review.
That way anytime someone searches for their ph # or address, they see your negative review.
