Okay Ladies!
The new summer schedule is finally all together. The new schedule starts Monday May 5, 2008. Unless otherwise noted all classes are Level 1.
Pregnant & looking for a prenatal exercise class? You can come to any Level 1class and our instructors will give you any necessary modifications for your stage of pregnancy. We are the only stroller fitness program that follows the guidelines set forth by the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology for prenatal & post partum fitness.
Windsor:
