I have the Balsamic Breeze Vinaigrette dressing....it is in a spray bottle...for 10 sprays (and they are pretty generous sprays I might add) is only 1gram of fat!...they had a variety of flavors...but as I have mentioned I am trying to keep my total weight gain for this pregnancy under 15 pounds and this is a great way to top my salads and veggies instead of dipping it in gobs of blue cheese, yet still very satifying....I put a few sprays on my mixed greens with a tomato, a little cheese and some rinced ranch style beans and it is VERY tasty...I am thinking about getting another to take with me when I eat out instead of getting salad bar dressings....:thumb

I'm not a huge fan of the stuff myself, I found it a little bitter. I can't remember which flavor it was though.

Mmm.... salad dressing. I had an incredible orange citrus vinaigrette at a lunch meeting today at the Wild Fox in Novato. I am still salivating....

I have been there a few times for lunch and its really really good. A lot of seafood though which I'm not a big fan of.
