Scrapbooking Day Out

This is kind of short notice... I'm sorry. I go to this every year and it's always a blast! (Honestly, it's the only scrapbooking I get done all year :lol ) The price includes a fantastic lunch. Tell your dh it's your Mother's Day present!!

What is the set up like? Do they provide tables? It says $15 to bring a friend but what does it cost to just bring yourself :D

Well, you're *my* friend so it'd be $15 for you. I pay $25 cuz I'm a regular. ;)

There are groups of tables set up and you'd most likely be able to sit at ours... so far just me and my friend Mandie are for sure. Maybe one other mom we know. Tons of tools are out for your use and of course Mandie and I are loaded with crap too. The woman putting it on is a Creative Memories consultant so she brings all her stuff and you can just use what you need and pay her for it at the end of the day. There's NO sales pitch other than she'll probably explain the new products but I seriously spend like $10 on product and she never hassles me. :lol It's really fun! It's mostly like a bunch of friends sitting around gabbing all day.

I left her a message and she didn't c/b, so I think she will be a no. She just came back from a 4 day scrap retreat anyway.

I went to the Healdsburg Outlet today and saw that they have some Scrapbooking material on sale. Might be worth it to check it out!

Healdsburg Outlet it's a store next to Long Drugs that sells a little bit of everything: furniture, clothing, appliances, and lots and other things. I believe it's a sort of Costo outlet because a lot of the things they have come from Costco. I went inside the store after buying stuff at Long Drugs since they are next to each other and saw that they have some Scrapbooking material.
Sometimes you can find interesting things in that store and you don't need to be a Costco member to buy there.

It's on the same street where the Post Office is....I don't know the name of the street, though:bag
