View Full Version : Do you work out? LMS 11-09-2005, 09:07 PM Do you have a gym membership? Or do you work out on your own?? I have a membership to Curves, but I have yet to transfer it to one in this area. dacotahsgirl 11-09-2005, 09:15 PM Well, we used to have a family membership to our gym/community center here, but recently we bought our own elliptical machine, and have been working out at home instead. That's cool! :D I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Gilad!! LOL! I've been working out with him since I was a teenager! Bodies In Motion, Basic Training, Body Sculpting. He makes it so much fun to do, and it really works! I just bought a a Pilates dvd. I really like it. I just have to motivate myself to do it more often lol. dacotahsgirl 11-11-2005, 10:50 PM I have a couple of pilates and yoga DVD's. I bought one recently, popped it into the dvd player, and was all excited, getting ready to work out....and started watching this lady, and was like..."Oh heck no! No way can I do that!" LOL!! It was ridiculous. One of those freakish people that can do all kinds of weird things with their body! Ha Ha Ha!! :eek: |
