Agreed, we took Amelia on Tuesday. When she went to bed just as she was closing her eyes she whispered, "mommy, I rode the horsie, the bikes, the airplanes, and the horses...I had a good time mommy.". It was freaking adorable!

Thanks!
Glad you brought this up. I was going to mention something about the PZ.

I bought 2 cones of feed for $5. Entrance is free, and it is probably better not to buy the food. At first I was overwhelmed with the "rules" for feeding, "cover the cone with your hand and just give them a little at a time, don't feed the pig or donkey, etc...."

I ended up giving my cone to an older girl bc one goat was literally climbing on me to get the food, not cool. He jumped up on me twice and the dude that worked there kept spraying her with a water bottle bc she was a bit aggressive. B&B didn't really seem to care about feeding the animals, they just wanted to touch them.

Thats great info to know. I want to go to the fair and planned on taking brookie to see the animals too so will not be purchasing food. Thanks!

NP, it's one of my favorite things about the fair! Most of why I even go anymore is to see the animals.

Im really looking foward to going to the fair this year. Last year Lil Vic was too young to do anything and he was asleep most of the time we went. He LOVES animals and well be looking at them and maybe going on some rides, he loves the ones at marine world and hopefully he'll be able to go on some at the fair. We will be going on sat (that's Victor's only day off from work ) I hope its not to packed and hope to enjoy our day.

We went yesterday and the baby animal area was so cute!! In the corrals they had baby pigs that at first were in a milk coma but then they woke up and were tearing around the pen like maniacs. They had a colt who was goofing around, two little twin kids, and under the tent besides the ducklings, chicks, etc. they had Border Collie puppies and one of them was trying to follow Alaina home

I think this is the first time I went to the fair in years that I didn't run into at LEAST one SCM mom, so weird!
